By accessing and using Opus Options Trading ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

Opus Options Trading is an options trading platform that provides:

• Real-time options market data and analytics
• Portfolio tracking and management tools
• Trading alerts and notifications
• Educational resources and market insights
• Referral program with trial extensions

User Accounts and Authentication

To use our service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription and Payment Terms

Trial Period

New users receive a free trial period. Additional trial days may be earned through our referral program (up to 90 days total).

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

• Earn 30 trial days for each successful referral
• Maximum of 3 referrals (90 total trial days)
• Referrals must be new users who sign up and activate accounts
• SMS invitations sent via Twilio (message rates may apply)
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program

SMS Communications

By using our referral feature, you consent to:

• Receiving SMS messages for system notifications
• Your referrals receiving SMS invitations on your behalf
• Standard message and data rates applying
• The ability to opt out by replying STOP

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, or reverse engineer any part of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Opus Options Trading and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Third-party service outages
• Market data provider issues

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
